How long does an order take?

Most pieces ship within five working days. Made-to-order work takes two to four weeks; we’ll write to you with timing as soon as we have it.

Where do you ship?

UK and the rest of the world. Shipping cost is shown at checkout.

Can I have a piece resized or repaired?

Yes — send a note to hello@bertrams.boutique with photographs and we’ll let you know what’s possible.

Do you take custom orders?

Sometimes. Tell us what you have in mind. We say no more often than yes — we’d rather not stretch our craft beyond what we do well.

Is the silver real?

It is. We work in solid sterling silver (.925).

Do you wrap?

Every piece arrives in a small linen pouch tucked into a folded card. There is no extra charge.
